The beer did not run out and there was plenty of food at the inn, which stands 1,325ft (404m) above sea level.

I could probably think of a worse way to spend a week, but these seven people from the UK were trapped in bar from excessive snow fall! Bet they wish they had some Horny Goat Nutcracker after a while in there…

“Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.” -Benjamin Franklin

Here are some interesting beer stories for your viewing pleasure.
-The amount of money spent on beer every year in the United States is roughly the same as the annual cost of the occupation of Iraq.
-The Puritan brought beer to America. According to Mourt’s Relation (1622), thet Mayflower pilgrims settled at Plymouth because supplies, especially beer, were running low. Beer was a dietary mainstay on long voyages because, having been broiled, it was purer than water.
-Malaysians protect their babies from disease by bathing them in beer.
-After consuming a vibrant brew called Aul or Ale, the Vikings would go fearlessly to the battlefield, without their armour, or even shirts. The “Berserk” means “bear shirt” in norse, and eventually to the meaning of wild battles.
